Is my Office 2016 up-to-date?

    Yesterday security update KB3178674 should give you 16.0.4510.1000

    that wiki version refer to ClickToRun, you have traditional MSI version

    Speaking of Office 2016, I have only Word & Excel installed however, Im receiving updates for Outlook, Publisher, Powerpoint etc etc.

    Is there a way to Only download updates to what I have installed (do I need the retail Office suite)?

    These patches most likely are needed for shared components

    So you're saying, it doesn't matter if you have Professional plus VL or Professional retail, windows will still download "all" office updates even if, say outlook isnt installed.
