That's true, now as we have the idea of what the project is all about.....it will be easier for us to contribute... at least expect more .ulz files from me very soon :)

That is what I meant "too much hassle". When you have to add 25 hotfixes, like I did two days ago, you wish you never started.:)

I am working on a *.ulz file, for Windows XP SP3 and all (and only) post SP3 hotfixes. Nothing extra. The one posted on jcarle website is pretty outdated.

I'll gladly give a hand with the win 7 project. I just wish I had more timeeeee.

Definitely interested. Hell, I am running genuine but still will use this instead of windows update. Faster and far more control than WU.

Not to sound calice, but thankfully this program is in .NET Framework - so if we need to, we can add features to it. I assume the source is not available.

Silverlight is only x86, in fact in my Windows x64 is in Program Files (x86) folder. :)

I can export the code, but its going to be semi-optimized and translated from IL, so it will not be pretty. Regardless though I can convert it to C#, C++.NET, VB.NET and even Delphi.NET. Choose something and I will see what I can do. Keep in mind that I have no plans on releasing the source code publicly incase anyone is wondering.

I like this approach to updating.
