Is it still not possible to access a CoreStorage formatted partition from Windows?

I know that I can convert the CoreStorage partion to HFS+ and then access it from Windows by means of Paragon HFS+ for Windows.

Why not use Parallels Desktop Version 12.1. I have MBP which is running Sierra. I installed Parallels Desktop - Inside Parallels I have installed Windows 10. I am able to switch back and forth between both the OS.

Parallel Desktop is more or less a virtualization why Bootcamp allows direct installation of Windows operating systems to a different partition of MacBook for a better experience.
