I have a genuine key, but I have some problem for download directly from microsoft, maybe because is blocke in my country the service, or I dont know. Thanks.

hi guys, sorry if offtopic. i have purchased a lenovo with win 8 pro english that came with the notebook pre installed. i want now to clean install with my win 8 pro portuguese dvd in that notebook using the english serial that came with the original OS (win 8 pro english). is this possible? (yes i know that i can change the language on OS, but i want a clean install now) couldnt find this answer nowhere on google appologize if offtopic
Just a quick question about the ISOs listed in MSDN: why do Windows 8.1 x86/x64 and Windows 8.1 N x86/x64 ISOs names end in 270xxxx (9/9/2013), but Enterprise/N, Pro VL/N end in 297xxxx (10/17/2013)? I was creating SVFs based on the 270xxxx ISOs but the resulting sizes are around 300mb, unlike with Windows 8 where they are all 50mb or less, or Windows 8.1 Update 3 where they are around 100mb each. Are there significant changes between 270xxxx ISOs and 297xxxx ISOs? And are there 297xxxx versions of Windows 8.1 x86/x64 and Windows 8.1 N x86/x64?
297xxxx include General Availability Update Rollup KB2883200 there are no 297xxxx for Windows 8.1 / N
Thanks for the explanation. Did the others exist before the GA Update, or M$ just skipped those directly to 297xxxx? I guess in this case I'll have to use Pro VL as source instead of the Home/Pro ISOs as usual.
