I still searching for official Windows 2000 Datacenter Server ISO. This one from WinWorldPC is only which I found and it contains SP4.
Yes first one is SP1 and there are no retail versions, or so the net tells me. So not to sure about the FPP, would have guessed OEM or SEL. But maybe MSDN had them and then FPP would be OK.
As far as I know, MSDN had only Professional, Server and Advanced Server. I not founded any MSDN informations about Datacenter Server. I looked into files of Windows 2000 Datacenter ISO downloaded from WinWorldPC and I looked into SETUP.EXE and version is 5.0.2195.1620, which is SP1 setup file, but it also contains CDROMSP4.TST file, and also after installation, it sais Service Pack 4.
It sais YRMDFB1_EN for Boot Disk 1. I think Y letter appears only in SP3 CD's. So, I will test Windows 2000 Datacenter Server in Virtual PC in the morning (because now in my country it's night) to see whether it have SP4 integrated or not, but I think it have SP4 integrated.
Rarring & Uploading now ... will be same URL as before in PM's ... but filename will be: sbs_2000_sp4_from_msdn.rar" Update: 60% complete ... will leave it uploading as off to work now,
Found a 5 cd set of Back Office Server 2000 based on 2000 SP1 in my collection. Does not appear to have been mastered with cdimage/have AutoCRC/crc 0xffffffff but I've seen a few MS CD's like this. Not sure what to make of it. Sounds interesting for BackOffice Server 2000. Can you upload it somewhere? Also, I am working on complete Windows checklist for collectors. In this moment, I finished everything until Windows 2000/Millenium. And, still, still searching for Windows 2000 Datacenter official ISO...
Will upload it once SBS SP4 version has been retrieved and released to collectors. Doing some reading on BackOffice 2000, it looks like it wasn't bootable - references to some boot floppies you make from a program on the CD... guess this would need to looked into more.
Found another original Windows Server 2000 CD - This time SP3 Code: File: YRMSOEM_EN.ISO CRC-32: ffffffff MD4: 6506a195205f688df6ae1af05167d5c9 MD5: 9adc2e1c8ce1674ca6641f6027537b3c SHA-1: c5ac9844843992b4c252382439ca946e59b23d98
