i only add updates to w7 using mbsa and ntlite by direct integration. then i remove windows update and BITS. this way i can screen every update incase ms is slipping a sneaky one in, like those get windows 10 updates or worse. ms are starting, from 11th october, to switch to update rollups each month. follow abbodis link. now you will have all updates or none. all and you will get those you want to avoid and you wont have any choice anymore.

This option cares about the Store appx packages. The Telemetry Packs removal is under ' REMOVE TELEMETRY PACKAGES ONLINE' The offline option combines them.

Sorry, got it wrong then and you were correct, the option you mentiioned will remove the Store apps directly. So far it removes them for all/new users. Might implement a choice for actual all users later. Fortunately appx packages in general are easily reinstalled. Only exclusions are Edge and Xbox which are of hybrid nature and can only be removed via system packages removal. NOTE: Edge is very bitchy when it comes to reinstall.
The mentioned packs will be completely uninstalled. If you plan to get them back later, export them prior to the wipe.

Process should be language independed. What exactly did you try? The tool doesn't directly prompt for a reboot.
Because some software that disable the telemetry or methods you have to change the language of the system. So why do you think REMOVE TELEMETRY PACKAGES ONLINE does not fulfill its function of completely uninstalling the system packages?
No clue why it's not working for you, i tested on english and german systems with no problems . Does it at least process the install_wim_tweak sequence? EDIT: Did you download the tool in post#2 of this thread? This version is ancient. Latest version is part of the JATDevice in my signature (under [X] SECURITY TOOLS you'll find it).
