Thanks for this, but was wondering where and which certificate was used for the Intel D945GTP? Thanks again.

Still curious about results for this. It appears as though intel is a pain for bios modding.

Looking for the following SLIC 2.1 mod
    Gateway GT5428
Intel (Coryville) 945G, Intel (Council Bluffs) 945G Viiv Motherboard
    BIOS ver. CF94510J[1].15A.0038
gateway dot com, support, drivers and downloads, desktop, GT series, GT5428

Once CF94510J[1].15A.0038.EB.EXE is extracted, there's BiosUpdate.bio which opens up with Phoenix Tool 2.51, but every mod option shows a different kind of error.

Anybody can mod this one please?
    Thanks.

    DG33BU oa2intel007

Here to confirm that a reset of the year to 2009, boot to dos using an old Win98 dos bootable thumb drive, change directory to oa2intel007 (you DID already copy it to the dos bootable thumbdrive, didn't you?), change directory to dos, run oa2intel.exe, watch the nice hex go by, run dell.bat, watch more nice hex go by, reboot the machine, reset the date back to this year, install a DELL Win7 operating system (64bit works fine on this motherboard), check computer properties to be shown a activated copy of Win7, WORKS on this old warhorse of an Intel DG33BU.

My utmost thanks and respect go out to more people than I can list in this posting. You guys know who you are, know what you do, and know what you're worth, but it's still nice to be able to confirm that stuff and offer much respect to all of you.

And if anyone out there in computerland stumbles across this posting while cracking their skulls over the BIOS in a DG33BU (or a lot of other Intel boards, I'd imagine), then by all means backtrack from this post till you find the download link which is still working as of this posting's date, ok?

Be well. Go well. Do well. Each and every one of you.

Hey thanks so much worked like a champ i used the following OA2intel007.zip
-changed windows time to 2009 jan-01
-created dos bootable usb booted to dos
-ran oa2intel.exe ( saw the hex of slic2.1 get added to bios)
-ran oa2intel status (it showed everything was installed)
-booted to windows 7 used slic2.1 toolkit to check slic
-changed time back to today 2014 loaded xrm script for dell:biggrin: used oem key and activated

    Dp67bg, bios 2209

Comprehensive package - contains anything someone needs! Very easy procedure, too!:v:
Works on IntelĀ® PC-Mainboard DP67BG, BIOS 2209 (latest). Cleared CMOS after inserting SLIC 2.1 by removing and then reinstalling the CMOS battery ... just to be save (maybe that isn't necessary).

    Hi everyone,

I've been trying to mod an eMachines t5212 with no luck

It has the EFI/Insyde BIOS on an Intel D102GGC2 Motherboard

I first tried modding the Gateway/eMachines latest bios with Phoenix tools. Unfortunately the BIOS won't update since it sees that it's the same version.

I found the Intel BIOS for the D102GGC2 and tried downgrading and then flashing with the modded BIOS. Resulted in a blue screen.

So I figured I would just mod the Intel BIOS using the OA2Intel tool. Despite it programming, the SLIC Tool Kit shows no marker, or pub key programmed. The RSDT always shows as Intel DM11020.

With the Gateway/eMachines bios the RSDT shows as GATEWAYSYSTEM.

So far I'm beginning to think that this particular model is just not modifiable. I noticed in another thread saying that Gateway systems cannot change the RSDT... even though flashing the Intel bios does change it.

I have pretty much given up but wanted to see if anyone else has some insight on this. Thanks.

I do this and it keeps saying under status "programmed" for all three categories, but upon reboot still no SLIC

    SLIC says the bios is
    BX97510j.86a.1487.2007.090 09/02/2007 insyde bios /acpi 1.0.

is there some jumper on the board that is preventing this from happening?
