Hi, I see some people download MsOffice 2016 through o2016rtool and use Ms Toolkit to activate it. What's the difference from using the o2016rtool to activate? Does it have any advantages to use Ms Toolkit to activate?
Difference would be the re-activation task MTK can install. o2016rtool is specialized for Office 2016 handling (download/install/conversion/activation), where MTK is an AIO solution for activating Windows (Vista upwards) and Office (2010/13/16).
What would be the smartest choice to make if you have a clean windows 10 installation? My primary concern is: - to not have the OS bloated or slowed down. - not having the Crack break after a few years because MS patched it. - no weird trojans or rootkits or whatever to call it, prefer no alerts from AV at all. Does the re-activation task mean the activation can break?
Smartest choice is a subjective thing here. #1. Installing Office and keeping an unbloated system kinda contradicts itself #2./3. Absolutely no 'Cracks' involved here, it's emulating servers for proper activation, big difference. Seems you're the type of user who believe their AVs more than common sense. In that case i recommend to buy legit license. All AVs tend to flag KMS tools with false-positives.
I understand. What would be your personal choice? You're way more knowledgeable than me so i'll just go with that. Oh and i thought bloated ment it's running heavy resources (with Office itself out of equation) instead of taking up much GB space.
Cleanest solution would be to install/convert and activate manually, then repeat the activation from time to time, activation grace is 180 days after each activation/renewal.
Will do that! Thanks . And gonna try figuring out how to install it on a Virtual Machine first and transfer to my PC. Learning so much techy things .
