If you still are on a non UUP edition (pre 14986), you most likely won't get the new build. When you're on an UUP edition it will be offered instantly.
I only have Mega for sharing, i am not going to use my personal cloud. I will collect all x86 en-US builds tomorrow.
If you want something so bad, install 15025, sign in at the insider app and collect it yourself and host it wherever you want.
It's worth noting that this build (at least when upgrading) asks for and accepts retail keys. Not sure if that's new to this build, but from when I was doing insider releases before, that plus no watermark tends to mean they're relatively close. And Microsoft has a habit of sitting on the final builds for a month or two before actual release. Given the projected May release, end of Feb. for testing builds as full release seems right in line. Also worth noting, that several antivirus vendors have certified their release as fully compatible with RS2, which they wouldn't be allowed to do without Microsoft's say so.
