I just done it. Looks like now it work. Moment after enter Windows, black window pop up and say "processing telemetry blocking tweaks" and it keeps for few second. Is there any drawback for keeping UAC at bottom?? There is note that keeping it at lowest level is not recommended.
You got it going now!! As for the UAC, I believe it is to warn you if something trying to install on your computer without you knowing. I have always run wit UAC turned off and never had a problem. Some people believe they need that protection and will not turn it off. I look at it this way. By now the hackers would have found away around the UAC by now. I'm not telling what you should do or not do. The choice is yours. I'm just stating my experience.
What abbodi1406 have to say on this? Is this way ok? One more question. I saved Convience Rollup pack on disk (also with KB3020369-x64 which is needed for its installation). I see I have also saved KB3172605-x64. I think that was recommended to install after Convience Rollup. So, is OK to use that KB3172605-x64 ? tnx
Say about what? UAC? the schedule task should work regardless of UAC state yes, KB3172605 contain fixed WUA the next Monthly Rollup will have newer WUA version as well

I had repeat procedure on one more PC (Win7 SP1 > Convience Rollup > installing all available updates except KB2952664). But installing updates after Convience Rollup takes very long time, and I can see, mostly because it is installing Internet Explorer 11 (or some updated related to it, I'm not sure). I don't ever use Internet Expolorer. Is there any way to skip this update, when installing other updates, because it takes very long time? EDIT - now I see, it can simply be avoided by unselecting it from list. Is OK to do so, if I do not use it? Also, there is now problem with these laptop where I'm trying to install updates after Convience Rollup. There was 140 important updates (not including optional), among them I seen Montly Rollup for this month (but I don't know why other computer is not offered this Monthy Rollup when I check for updates). When all of them is installed, restart is required to complete. After restart, it start to configure update, and while is on step 3 of 3, it warns "failure configuring windows update, reverting changes". It tako really long time to revert back to Windows. I had try to times and same problem appear. Most probably I would reinstall complete Windows and try again. Any advice or notes with this? Should I skip some of important updates if they are not needed, or some of them are causing this failure with update configuring after restart.
If you didn't install IE11, Convience Rollup will not install it CR is LDR-only branch (and all update released after April 2016) while older updates are GDR if they installed normally that's why the process might take a longer time, because CBS needs to evaluate/stage/switch components between two branches the best practice is to install oll updates in LDR branch

There was no way to get past of that failures. 3 times in row, so I given up, and installed Win 7 Ultimate instead of Professional. Problem gone. All updates are installed now successfully, including April Monthly Rollup. Also, now there wasn't offered 140 important updates as was with Professional, but around maybe 70 updates. I wonder why some other PC, which also have Ultimate Win 7, with all updates installed until few days ago, do not offer April Monthly Rollup. I had check few times, but nothing.
Recently decided refresh my all sysprepped images. Everything went as normal but when i tested W10 Ent LTSB 2016 image setup seems to stuck. After over 1 hour it completed at last. Usually it takes 20 to 25 minuts with my ancient I7 950 system. Quick looking at logs and few line copy pasting into search reason found. This time i did some privacy oriented tweaks to system. One of them was disabling dmwappushsvc service before sysprepping. Looks like during windows setup this service status has to be as automatic start enabled. Changed to default state no problem with setup duration time. Just to clear some more details. As keeping W10-Block in Windows directory and creating Schedule task, do not work for me because when entering Windows black window pops just for very short moment. Only when I copy W10-Block in Startup directory and turn UAC off, than (while entering Windows) black window pops up and state "processing telemetry blocking tweeks". So, when installing fresh Windows 7 on some PC, and if I keep W10-Block in Startup directory and turn UAC off, do I still have to make Schedule task and keep W10-Block also in Windows directory or? I'm asking because looks like "processing telemetry blocking tweeks" is poping up even without making Schedule task, after I copy W10-Block in Startup and turn UAC off. If it is not necessary in this case than its better to avoid it, of course.

To abbodi1406, I haven't followed this thread in a long time. I just want to see if I understand how to use method one (disable the telemetry settings, keeping related updates installed) for keeping a Windows 7 system from being forced by Microsoft to update to Windows 10. I run W10-Block.cmd as administrator, and let it complete. Then, I can enable Automatic Updates (as long as 'Recommended' updates option is off). Then just let Microsoft updates happen automatically, but AFTER each time an update happens, I run again W10-Block.cmd, or I can just create the scheduled task to run W10-Block.cmd at every logon. In any case, if I undertand it correctly, I just run W10-Block.cmd, make sure that "recommended" updates option is set to off, allow Windows 7 to automatically do updates, but I either create the scheduled task for W10-Block.cmd to run at each logon, or I must run W10-Block.cmd after each time Windows does an update. Is there anything else I have to do in order for my Windows 7 computer to stay Windows 7? I am guessing that one no longer has to run W10-Uninstall.cmd and W10-Hide.cmd? Thank you for any assistance with this.
That is correct Windows 10 upgrading campaign is over, and will not return in the same manner through WU so you can rest assured about that yes, these two scripts are mostly redundant, as the telemetry/WUA components are already added to Monthly Rollup

abbodi1406, Here is a captured screen shot of my scheduled tasks. For BlockW10, under "Last Run Result", it says (0x1). But, shouldn't is say "The operation completed successfully. (0x0)."? I have the file "W10-Block.cmd" added as an exclusion to my Malwarebytes and AVG anti-virus software, so those programs should not be stopping W10-Block.cmd from running. I also have W10-Block.cmd copied into my C:\Windows folder. I am just wondering why it does not say "The operation completed successfully. (0x0)." under the scheduled task for BlockW10? Do I need to do something further to make sure it is correctly working after every logon? I rebooted my computer two times and logged in each time before taking the captured screenshot that I have attached.
