    Thanks oho77 ;)... will learn & try to understand your method... so using your method can overcome crashing when opening some 1mb & 2 mb bios?

    tried to translate but can't make chocolate from it... anyone is working to gain the knowlegde? I like to find out also.. :)

    Hmmm... I think I'll kind of understand... but why do you have to go until phase 3 when you can already open up at phase 2 and start the changing pub, marker, etc? Any specific reason?

    All the theory already only in my head now... wouldn't know until we got a volunteer with this method... Bagheera you're up for it? The important thing is you know how to recover the Insyde bios in case everything got messed up :p:D

    Acer Aspire 3810T, also I'll have a look if I'm able the change the OEMIDs ...................

    dutch it is.. damn i should first have to look how to do a recovery flash.. lol

    With mine asus boxes there is a crashfix block to load... hmm yeah i'm not afraid...

    Machine is Emachines E725 but you knew allready... same bios as the e525

    Yen, you think is better if I try to modded the bios which is not crashing with the tool first? to make sure the changing of OEMID really work...
    could you please point again the link to your bios please... :D

    I have looked at this a bit. I am SUPER busy at the moment, and my brain is mush..:p

    I think I have come close to this at some time. I would like to have a better translation. I cannot D/L the PDF>
