Interesting post from the Pale Moon forums:

Most of the difference is attributed to the large performance increases of FF 21, 22 & 23, every bit makes a difference however.
I did say people were up for a surprise once 24 hit, I've been watching FF speed up with each release and it's still getting better.

Hey MC, I saw this comment over at Neowin.

"I like it but I switched to firefox because RES didn't work with palemoon. Now it works since they updated the code base but StickyPassword doesn't"
Is there anything that can be improved there?

MC how did you add so much to HTML5? And why can't Mozilla do that? 444 points in HTML5test is awesome, that's higher than Nightly!
Definitely the best Pale Moon yet, I'm gonna give it a good showdown vs Firefox, Cyberfox and Tete's at some stage.

Hate the new compiler bulls**t. It causes XP x64 to reject Waterfox and PaleMoon.

For Waterfox, XP x64 gives misleading error message "Waterfox.exe is not a valid Win32 application" like XP is only freaking 32-bit!
And the same type of bulls**t for Palemoon x64. (BTW, that error message is a remnant from Windows 95!)

I wish that some folks also get out from under a rock and stop thinking that XP 2002 (32-bit XP) is the only XP that exists.

Looks like it's caused by MS VC++/ MS Visual Studio 2012 or the Windows 8 SDK.
