i have del bios with slic 2.1 and if i instal windows vist ultimate with dell certi and with this key 2QBP3-289MF-9364X-37XGX-24W6P
it wil be activeted offline
i copy all file in folder licensing from vista- Windows\System32\licensing-
and i put it in new folder name- x- in windows 7 in- C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens

then i copy dell certivicate to x folder
then cmd and slmgr -rilc
i use pkeyconfig.xrm-ms frome vista
after that i install the key slmgr -ipk 2QBP3-289MF-9364X-37XGX-24W6P

and windows 7 activited
i dont now waht this can help

So you switched Windows 7 into using Windows Vista activation. Good concept but I think that's less than ideal.

I'd guess that there will be issues with Windows Update down the road.
