what are the certificates for? if you have the key isn't that enough?
also how can you have SLIC v2.1 inserted in the bios?

Certificate are use to activate windows offline with the correct SLIC inserted in the bios. So you need correct cert+slic2.1+oemslp key to activate. You can find more info on this here on the forum.

I am certain these certificates are in fact already being distributed in spite of what some so called experts say on here. I have seen for sale from some online vendors Windows Vista with Windows 7 upgrades for OEM. Can be bought through OEM Licence.

I I think they are already being populated out there on line from vendors and manufacturers. Sorry only seen U.K prices.. £90 for Home Premium and £110 for Pro, and £145 for Ultimate. roughly £10 extra added to the cost of an OEM version of windows for each product.

These are original final untouched Windows 7 Ultimate images from Microsoft (build 7600.16385.090713-1255). Enjoy them!

NOTE: Keep in mind these are without any kind of cracks / activations. There are some beta activators floating around, but most of them are using RC pkeyconfig.xrm-ms & tokens.dat files. That means if you activate Windows 7 on that way (with RC Keys available from Microsoft) they’ll expire on March 2010.

There are no keys at the moment because all builds starting at 7264 and after require retail keys. You can, however, install it without a key and rearm it for a total of 120 days.

To rearm, do the following.
1. Install Windows 7 without any product activation key.

2. After installation is completed, use the Windows 7 for 30 days and wait for the remaining days left to activate Windows counting down to 0, or almost zero.

3. When the activation grace period (or evaluation trial period) is almost expired or ended, log on to Windows 7 desktop, and open a Command Prompt window (i.e. type Cmd in Start Search and hit Enter).

4. Type any of the following commands into the command prompt, and then hit Enter:
sysprep /generalize
slmgr.vbs –rearm
rundll32 slc.dll,SLReArmWindows
slmgr /rearm

5. Reboot Windows 7 to enjoy another 30 days of free usage without worrying about activation nor even need to crack Windows 7.

6. When the activation grace period countdown timer almost running down to 0 again, repeat the ‘rearm’ trick to enjoy another 30 days of Windows 7 for free. User can run the rearm command for maximum of 3 times.

So many naive people with false expectations here , i'm just surprised. Those are default OEM:NONSLP keys, that can be activated ONLY by phone or internet absolutely like Retail keys, but being defailt, they are blocked by MS, thus you'll never be able to activate them even by phone. If you want OEM:SLP keys for off-line activation with SLIC and OEM-certificate - calm down and wait for OEM discs from OEMs (like Dell, HP, etc), and not from MS like this one.

yesterday,i downloaded retail windows7 and install it. But it does not working well..because i have many problem with IE8 and many crash on desktop...now i should install OEM one ? thanks for your advice

Only if you you a SLIC v2.1 inserted in your bios AND you have the Windows 7 Certificates.
