My sincere apologies for your sadness. It was not my intention to displease you in any way or form. I am puzzled as credits were properly given to you by providing the link as to where the source of the information was compiled from. Should have I done more?? Should I have mentioned your name instead?? Please bring to my attention the source of your distress and I shall have it corrected immediately.

Edit: Incident resolved. Thank you FreeStyler.

I use the inside files from the several brands of computers with nlite 1.4.8 + one retail windows xp professional sp2 + sp3 file for xp (download from microsoft site). copy windows xp pro sp2 to hard drive. open nlite and ad the sp3 file to integrated service pack. Before making iso file copy the files from the brand computer on top to where i copy the windows xp pro sp2 retail in hard drive and them make a iso file. Them recorded the iso file into a cd. Install in corresponding computer with slp 1.0 bios, activated the now windows xp pro oem sp3 in that computer. I have tried with acer asus and toshiba. Working very well.

Does anyone have the older emachines oembios set 1B7F1F55?

I just tried the "universal" set C86378C7 and it wont activate with those files and i did crc them to make sure they were correct. The DMI area of the bios only has the string of "emachines" in the manufacture area. The older set is said to be obsolete, however if the C86378C7 set does not work on specific machines, as this situation, then they are not.
