Asus A42F Notebook Bios Insyde or AMI??

Hi, I bought new asus a42f notebook yesterday, and I want to modify the bios for SLIC 2.1. When I saw the bios window (Press f2 when the notebook start), I saw the bios vendor is American Megatrends (AMI). But when I tried AMI mod tool, it said it's not ami bios. Then i tried phoenix mod tool and it opened! and it says it's Insyde or EFI bios. So, is this AMI bios or Insyde bios? I have successfully modify the bios using phoenix mod tool (use dynamic mode) but I'm afraid to flash it please help me...

It should be the new Aptio AMI EFI Firmware, you have to ask Andy if it is compatible with Phoenix Mod Tool.
Btw new laptops bought with Windows 7 should already come with SLIC 2.1 unless it is sold with FreeDOS.

According to the Phoenix Mod tool it's an EFI/Insyde Bios with ASUS SLIC 2.1 already in it.

But there are no slic tab in this bios. Windows 7 didn't recognize the original slic...
