    Scripted tkirill/DG Win&Soft method in attachment. Thanks to him and others... However somehow im sure this method gives timebomb on office. Anyone know until "public beta" suppose to work?

    Admin Note:

    The attachment ActivateOffice2010beta.7z has been removed due to Demand for Immediate Take Down - Notice of Infringing Activity - MS Ref. 306096

    Email Internet1@microsoft-antipiracy.com if you need clarification.

    The idea is to use lisence files from public beta.
    If you not sure then you can use this office for 180 days without key using rearms: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/0...80-days-usage/
    If you want to try to activate then you have to do the following steps.
    This instruction was made with help of DG Win&Soft team. (The paths are for Windows 7 (maybe Vista also), in XP you can search for those files, I currently don't have XP)
    1. Download archive with 2 files: http://hotfile.com/dl/23870914/f3726...ffice.rar.html
    2. Browse to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller\ folder,right-click 'pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms'
    Open property, click Security > Advanced > Owner > Edit > Administrators.
    Click OK and close the propertes.
    Then re-open properties of the file, Click Security > Advanced > Edit > select Administrators and click Edit.
    Click "Full Control", Click OK and close the properties.
    3. Reboot into safe mode
    Replace 'pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms' using the one in this package.
    Go to Start > Run > type "services.msc" and find "Software Licensing". Normally this ain't running, but if it is
    you need to stop it with the stop button above.
    4. Goto c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\OfficeSoftwareProtectionP latform\
    Replace the tokens.dat from this package with the one there.
    5. Reboot into normal mode again.
    6. Run office and wait untill it asks you for another reboot, do it
    7. Execute the following commands:
    cscript "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs /inpkey:KEY
    cscript "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs /act
    where KEY is a key for public beta.
    Your must be activated.
    Tested with Office Professional Plus 14.0.4730.1007
    Instruction was written by DG Win&Soft
    Good luck!
    Great instructions, but I couldn't get my msdn beta 2 key to work with your pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms and tokens.dat, so i had to install beta 2 into a VM and copy my own files, but after that it worked like a treat

    public beta and beta on msdn accept different keys.
    I put files from public beta beause the keys are published for it

    @bedrock
    this was probably because tokens cache was not removed. It whined to me about wrong key as well until i removed that and let it regenerate...

    @tkirill
    thanks!

    sadly i dont know them as well... i almost forgot how XP looks like since i dont use them for 3+years (since vista got released). Main issue for XP is figuring out what is use there instead of ProgramData. So ye i forgot to add, that script will only work on Win7/Vista.

    cscript "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs" /act
