I found the way to activate without a patch.
The idea is to use lisence files from public beta.
If you not sure then you can use this office for 180 days without key using rearms:

If you want to try to activate then you have to do the following steps.
This instruction was made with help of
DG Win&Soft team. (The paths are for Windows 7 (maybe Vista also), in XP you can search for those files, I currently don't have XP)
1. Download archive with 2 files:
http://hotfile.com/dl/23870914/f3726...ffice.rar.html
2. Browse to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller\ folder,right-click 'pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms'
Open property, click Security > Advanced > Owner > Edit > Administrators.
Click OK and close the propertes.
Then re-open properties of the file, Click Security > Advanced > Edit > select Administrators and click Edit.
Click "Full Control", Click OK and close the properties.
3. Reboot into safe mode
Replace 'pkeyconfig-office.xrm-ms' using the one in this package.
Go to Start > Run > type "services.msc" and find "Software Licensing". Normally this ain't running, but if it is
you need to stop it with the stop button above.
4. Goto c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\OfficeSoftwareProtectionP latform\
Replace the tokens.dat from this package with the one there.
5. Reboot into normal mode again.
6. Run office and wait untill it asks you for another reboot, do it
7. Execute the following commands:
cscript "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs /inpkey:KEY
cscript "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs /act
where KEY is a key for public beta.
Your must be activated.
