G' day Andy, just quick feedback on your tool 1.91b3 Phoenix. I helped Tonus witht he Dell Inspiron N5110 after he sent me the RW report.
SSV2 method failed. Tried Dynamic and it worked. For this later setting and had to manually change it. SSV2 was chosen automatically. Maybe the logs will tell you why?

The only think is that I think is a temperature problem, if I left the notebook on without run 3D games or movies it works, but the fan is noisy... more than when it's installed the original HD 3650 MXM card from HP.
The software NHC (Notebook Hardware Control) detect a correct CPU temperature (the same of the one with the original vga card installed, that is about 40-42 °C in idle), but the fan is noisy cause I think the notebook detects a GPU temperature higher (the notebook is not hot, touching the heat pipes of the CPU/GPU under the keyboard I feel a normal temperature).
The strange thing is that I wonder how the Mobility HD 4670 has bypassed the whiteist block... for the rest is a challenge that if solved can be useful for other HP notebook owners!

Hey andy, sorry for calling your attention 3-ways (topic pm and here) but how can a main module be LHA compressed the same way your tool does? When i recompress a main trough LHA, the module is compressed 2 bytes minnor then your tool recompression (5000.lzh file your tool creates with THE SAME MAIN NOT-EDITED MODULE).
your tool recompress the right size to fit my bios total hex differently of LHA.exe itself
What am i missing?
Please check the topic and the PM about some other things about your tool "possible future".

Dear Andy,
could you please help me in my bios modding work. I'm experiencing problems with bios modding of the latest gigabyte mobos like GA-MA790FXT-UD5P. I've already tried all versions of cbrom, but the main bios module always has a checksum error after modding. I've noticed such a very nice feature in your awardtool as dumping. But I'm unable to build bioses from that dumps. Could you add some buttons or instruments for that or something like that? The thing I need is to replace such modules as agesa or raidrom with the new ones, but I can't interrupt the compiling process of your awardtool to replace them when they are repacked. Please, I badly need your help. Thanks in advance.
