I had to tick the Ignore Checksum also.
It's fine on this BIOS because the original has an invalid checksum.
I have done quite a few ASUS Boards like this and they all worked fine.

The above BIOS does not contain any SLIC 2.0 OR SLIC 2.1 tables as reported by Everest 5.30.1900 and SLIC Dump Version 3.0.
I will appreciate if anyone could modify the latest BIOS version for ASUS P4S800-MX to include SLIC tables version 2.1 for Windows 7 Offline activation.
All other links available on this forum for this motherboard have either already expired or dead and I was unable to get a report if they were successfully modded to contain SLIC 2.1 for Windows 7 Offline activation.
Please help me getting the Modded BIOS with SLIC 2.1 for ASUS P4S800-MX from previous successful results or please modify it for us.
Your help will be much appreciated.

That picture shows that nothing has been changed from the original Targa Bios.
It still has the Targa SLIC 2.0 and I added ASUS SLIC 2.1.
Try Re-Flashing the modified BIOS I uploaded from DOS with the included AWARDFlash.
Just copy all the files from the rar file to a USB or floppy and reboot thgen it should automatically flash the BIOS.
Be sure to clear CMOS (Remove battery or jumper) and Reset BIOS Settings to Default, After Flashing.

First Be sure there is NO Loader ever used on that PC.
If there was Re-Format and Re-install Win 7.
Then,
Try Flashing from DOS like this:
Afudos /ixxxx.rom /pbnc /n
xxxx.rom is your modified bios.
(Programs main BIOS image & bootblock image and resets CMOS and NVRAM to defaults)
After Flashing Set BIOS Settings to Default and Svae them.
After all that upload a R/W Everything Report and a Screenshot from the Advanced Tab on the SLIC Dump toolkit.

I have tried and tested this modded BIOS for ASUS P4S800-MX Motherboard and I get an error with SLIC Dump version 3.0 "SLIC DUMP Error". Same error appears in Everest Ultimate Edition 5.30.1900.
The above modded BIOS does not include SLIC Version 2.1 at all. It also does not include SLP 1.0 and SLIC 2.0 as well.
The only working Modded BIOS with SLIC 2.1(DELL SLIC version 2.1) that I found out on this forum for ASUS P4S800-MX Motherboard is:
Motherboard Manufacturer and Model -(Asus P4S800MX ).
-Bios revision.- (1011c-002).
-Bios Type -(AWARD MODULAR ).
-Bios Slic -DELL
-Bios Link.- (http://dlsvr04.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock478/p4s800-mx/1011c-002.zip )

The above BIOS is tried and tested, it works like a charm. It help offline activation of different Windows 7 editions.

Yes, the BIOS has both SLP & SLIC 2.1. Use an appropiate "Asus" SLP Key to install operating system of your choice from WinXP to Win 7. Also you can use the instructions at http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/7580-How-To-Create-PRO-OEM-SLP-CD to create your own "ASUS" WinXP OEM CDROM. For Win 7, just install from plain vanilla (untouched) DVD and then activate with OpaTool Kit. Use the "Asus" OEM files for WinXP. Yes, I checked the file I uploaded and it has ASUS SLIC 2.1 in it.
Does that MB have EZ-Flash built in ?
If so Flash with that and see if it correctly adds the new ASUS SLIC 2.1.
no ez flash...I flash with asusupdate flash ok, but not slic 2.1...now I try to search another bios in asus site

Hi, I saw that joebloggs tried to make this for DaTwo on 12-13-2009 and it didn't work, so I made a try with the Dell 2.1 SLIC/SLP and certificate (joebloggs tried with HP 2.1, which failed for me when I first tried it.)
And it works on my SX38P2 Pro! Method is dynamic as used by Award SLIC mod v1.33. Opa tool activated fine.
Is there any reason why the Dell SLIC should not be used on said unit? I also tried with a Gigabyte SLIC and was succesful, after the Dell, but didn't test that by flashing it (so it's not in my upload because it's not tested).

That's what I said exactly.
Something is Not allowing the Bios to Flash completely.
It is something you have to figure out since you are the one with the motherboard.

Advice on which already modded bios I need to use (different versions in this thread...used search:p)
Toshiba L40-PSL48X running vista, I see a modded 5.5 version confirmed by snooze (but was that on xp?) on Toshiba's website it says this
http://i843.photobucket.com/albums/zz355/onintk5/which-1-1.jpg
It seems I need bios version 2.00, has this version been done? (tried searching and gone through so much without a clear answer) & I dont want to do a request for something that already exists.

That version 5.50 was used to activate Windows 7.
You need to PM snOOze and ask how he Flashed it.
I would guess he flashed from DOS with AFUDOS but I'm not 100 % sure on that.
FROM the .txt file that came with the original BIOS:
this Bios is only for models with Modelnumber PSL48x, PSL49x, PSL4Bx or PSL4Cx

Did not work for me. SLIC Dump Toolkit shows SLIC table not found. I rolled back with an earlier modded BIOS from Busykid508 (R02_B1) but had the same no SLIC table found error. Used the following switches: AWDFLASH *.BIN /PY /SN /WB /CC /CD . Here's a copy of my ACPI tables with your moddified R02-B3:

First try to install and activate Win 7 (Install ACER Key and included ACER Certificate Manually).
That Dynamic mod looks good according to the R/W Everything Report.
Also if you search for M5100 in this thread you will see two other people did that BIOS with the Dynamic method and it worked.
http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/7500-All-Slics-2-1-(Modded-Bios-List)-Note-For-requests-use-Bios-Mod-Requests-section?p=231285&highlight=M5100
The links are no longer valid though.
If Win 7 doesn't activate,
Try this ISA MOD:

Even though SLIC Dump Toolkit is still showing no SLIC table found, after installing the key and certificate Windows is now activated. I've done a good few of these mods and this is the first one I've seen where SLIC Dump Toolkit shows no SLIC table found. All is now good all the same. Thanks for your help.

well I'm requesting a Slic 2.1 mod for a quite old Abit KT7a-Raid motherboard. So far there were two mods done for Dell (ISA method, and OEM method) neiigher activated with a the Dell key and cert. Both mods never showed any Siic in the Bios with either Everest or Slic Dump toolkit. I have cleared the Cmos after each flash by taking the battery out.
Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Abit KT7A-Raid rev 1.2
Bios Revision : A9
Bios Type : Award
SLP and Slic 2.1 Dell
Bios Link to the original Bios: http://www.mediafire.com/?djfajmyygtm
here are screen shots of Everest from the last OEM method mod. Hope this board somehow can be modded. Windows 7 actually runs quite well on this stinking old mobo.

I am posting this again, As I have found 3 seperate bios's all of them "Tested" and perhaps I'm missing something in my usage."a fourth bios I found tonight did the same thing"
-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : MSI P55-GD65
-Bios Revision : 1.5 "1.6 even better"
-Bios Type : AMI
-Bios SLIC : MSI
-Bios Link : http://download1.msi.com/files/downl...xe/7583v15.zip
I have been through 3 or for forums all with a link to 3 different bios files. On zip included 3 files none of which gave me a valid SLIC table. While no pro like you guys in understanding all the in's and outs this is my 5th board I've done and the first to really give me grief.
I'll try and be as clear as possible. in my post. I did my gigabyte ds3 with some help. but I'm not comfortable making my own yet!
First I started here.
http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/5865-MSI-AMI-bios-mod-requests-post-here?p=192928
"it had both 1.4 and 1.5 linked. I tried both using the usual afudos 4310 with just calling the file name like so.
afud4310 filename.150 or .140 as named. I don't get an error and it appears to write everything
"I do see system data protected"
I also tried using the switches, /i romname.rom "blah.150 etc" with the /n /pnc and it will NOT accept any switches beyond /i
So I kept looking. Found another tonight.
http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/4071-New-AMI-BIOS-tool-for-performing-SSV2-3-and-Dynamic-SLIC-Modification/page125
I attempted with this one as well. Bios writes fine it appears. but no slic. just the fake looking one.
So right now i'm at a loss. The switches aren't working or i'm typing them incorrectly.. but I tried every variation I could think of.
I just cancelled my web host I can't insert photo. I do have a pic of the odd looking slic that is present."megabook"
So someone please tell me I'm screwing up and that it's simple  cause I'd feel much better.
This site is easy to search and find things on. I just feel like I'm missing something crucial. I'll usually read a page or two after a post to see if I'm missing anything. Nothing stands out.
I've flashed bios like 10 times now hehe.
Thanks for the help and for modding! I wish I had time to invest in learning this stuff half as well as most of you. :worthy:
