Here's my list of currently known OEMID / OEMTableID's and matching OEM Certificate CRC's.
Anyone here can supply additional unknown OEMID / OEMTableID's, or even better the SLIC tables and matching OEM Certificates?

NOTE Whenever OEMCERT CRC is marked as n/a it's "Not Available"

@ FreeStyler

Would you like to share your collection of OEM certs with us? If yes, could you upload them to rapidshare.com? Thanks :)

@Wonder Woman

If you had read my post and compared it against the files Yen posted you would have noticed mine are 100% identical...
I seem to have a few SLIC tables extra...but then again what worth do these have without matching Oem Certificates.

If i find aditional sets i will post them

Not much...seems various DELL PC's have different SLIC Tables...all activate with the same OEM Certificate though

Question.
Is it possible to put all these certs onto the same bootable install disc (in folder "SOURCES\$OEM$\$$\SYSTEM32\OEM") but without a PID.TXT specifying the CD-Key, so that on installation, I can just type the appropriate CD-Key and it will auto-activate?

Several posts on chinese forums indicate that certain OEMIDs / OEMTableIDs / SLICs (e.g. LENOVO TC-2P) are restricted to 32-bit Vista whereas others (e.g. LENOVO TC-03) match both the 32-bit and 64-bit editions. Can anyone confirm this or provide any more details on this issue?

I noticed that there is an OEM Cert for Sharp Yamato. Anyone have a link for that one? I am missing that one, and one for gigabyte (if it exists).

EDIT: I found it. - Now I need the OOBE logo and wallpapers. Anyone have those?

This is apparently true. That was one of the initial problems with selecting a slic certificate. Its also one of the reasons why people gravitate to Asus's certificate/slic. Its universal among all of their machines and all versions of Vista.

Here're 34 different oem-certificates (2 of which sadly have no matching SLICs yet), I excluded all copies (for Dell, IBM=Lenovo, HP=Compaq, Gateway=eMachines), therefore some of certificates have more than one matching SLICs, plus added some rare couples, like Rover, Koziro... you'll see... plus, there's the "Under_Research" folder with a lot of lonely slics and those 2 cert's.

May be someone haS a PowerSpec PC or a WinBook (OEM ID should be MEI)?

Hi again!
Thought, I'll post a tool to extract OEM INFO from OEM Certificate, which I use to check, wheather it matches the info in SLIC:

Here is my list of SLIC's and XRM-MS files:

http://rapidshare.com/files/184610411/slic.txt

Some of the SLIC files appear to only differ by one byte and are matched to an existing XRM-MS file, therefore I think these can be removed as they are defunct.

Before I release the zip containing them all, i am trying to gather as many missing ones as possible:

Additionally I have the following SLIC files and require the 2731 byte XRM-MS to go with them:

Alienware (built from downloaded BIOS was broken up into 2 overlaying pieces).
CTL-Computer
ECS
General Dynamics
Gigabyte
Sysmax
Everex
Dealin
Getac
Panasonic-Matsushita
Tulip

I have the XRM-MS file and need the 374 byte SLIC to go with them:

PoweSpec (is this ZT??)

If anyone can contribute to building this library even further with the missing ones or ones that are not on the list at all, I will release the ones I already have to to them early.

Thanks in advance.

Please find attached a ZIP file containing the cert and SLIC for PowerSpec OEM computers. The SLIC file was generated from my recently-manufactured PowerSpec machine's BIOS, using Everest and HWDirect. I can verify that these worked successfully for activating a fresh, non-OEM installation of Vista Ultimate x64 on my computer.

HashMyFiles reports that the CRC for the cert file (PowerSpec.xrm-ms) is 73C866C6.

As an aside, it may be noted that PowerSpec computers are also sold under the brands "IPSG", "MEI", "Micro Electronics, Inc.", or "WinBook", which are subsidiaries or alternative names for the same manufacturer. Around here, PowerSpec machines are sold as the "house brand" at Microcenter retail stores.

I modified your tool a bit, hope you don't mind?

It now automatically compares the PublicKey stored inside the provided XrML Digital License (.xrm-ms) and BIOS SLIC (.bin) file, take a look here:
