I got a spare computer that I wanna mod the bios myself. I am following the steps from here:
http://www.mydigitallife.info/2007/02/17/windows-vista-oem-activation-crack-by-patching-slic-into-motherboard-bios/

I am stuck on step 13, I have the cbrom219, modbin6, and 7nnxp.binand the temporary files all in a C:\>BIOS

In the command prompt typed: C:\>bios\cbrom219 7nnxp.bin /acpitbl extract
I keep getting a message "7nnxp.bin file not found"
I check the folder and the I can see 7nnxp.bin in the folder but I just can\t get it to be identified to be extracted. So I took the files out of the folder and put it directly into C directory and try it again in cmd.

This time I tried: C:\>cbrom219 7nnxp.bin /acpitbl extract

when I press enter it just reutrn to another C:\> without extracting the file.
Plz someone help!! What am I doing wrong?? I have re-did the whole steps at least 3 times and I just keep getting stuck there
Motherboard: Gigabyte 7nnxp
Bios Version: F13
Bios Type: Award

Alright I got the problem figured.

Want to tell us what the problem was? Just curious in case I come across the same issue.
Thanks
