Extract AMI-Gateway OEM BIOS

help !
I am trying to open/modify a ' .bio ' file for a eMachines-Gateway Desktop to remove OEM Logo.
Intel ITK Toolkit will not open the bios file. Want to get the P** files.

Rename your bios to .ROM. Since it´s a AMI bios you can edit it with mmtool and / or amimmwin.

EDIT: You have to view .bio file with winhex, remove header first. Then you can save it ( e.g. if bio file is slightly bigger than 512k, dump 512k). The dumped file (.rom) is editable with mmtool, amimmwin, or amibcp75. After editing add header again and rebuild .bio.
